It is often spoken that change is inevitable….. Make it your friend. Louis L’ Amour has been quoted as saying, “Some say opportunity knocks only once. That is not true. Opportunity knocks all the time, but you have to be ready for it.”
Because we are all leaders in some manner, change should be one of our strongest leadership tools. We are in a period of rapid change in many areas. Much of it is good. Our moral and spiritual principles remain as ever, but we should gladly accept and embrace positive changes in other areas.
We should make all relationships win/win. In all thing where we have control, make it easy for us and others to do the right thing and difficult to do the wrong thing. Where and when possible, we are to design our own system to implement this idea. When done, we will take a quantum leap in leadership ability.
